DispatchSocial publishing & comment automation

Terms of Service

Effective 9 September 2026

The service

Dispatch schedules and publishes content to supported accounts you control, including Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Threads and, when enabled, YouTube channels. It sends automated replies on supported Facebook and Instagram accounts according to rules you configure. You must have the authority to manage every account you connect. Using Dispatch's YouTube features also binds you to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

  • Follow Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards and anti-spam rules. Automated replies must be relevant responses to people who contacted your account first.
  • No unlawful, deceptive or harassing content, and no use of Dispatch to collect data about people who have not interacted with your accounts.

We may suspend workspaces that break these rules or put our platform access at risk.

Your content

You own what you post. You grant us only the rights needed to store it and publish it to the accounts you connect, at your direction.

Service quality

Dispatch depends on third-party platforms (Meta's APIs, our hosting providers). We work to keep publishing reliable but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Dispatch and request deletion of your data at any time (see Data Deletion).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
