Data Deletion Instructions

Effective 9 September 2026

Dispatch stores the data described in our Privacy Policy. Here is how to have it deleted, depending on who you are.

If you commented on or messaged a business that uses Dispatch

  1. Email dheeraj.raikwar224@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us the Facebook Page or Instagram account you interacted with, and the name or username you commented under.
  3. We will delete the stored comment and message events tied to you within 30 days and confirm by reply. Rotated backups expire automatically within a further 30 days.

If you are a Dispatch customer

  1. Disconnect a channel from the Channels page — its access token is deleted immediately and Dispatch stops receiving events for that account.
  2. Delete everything: email dheeraj.raikwar224@gmail.com from your account email asking us to delete your workspace. All workspace data — posts, media, automation rules, comment and message events, and team accounts — is removed from the live database within 30 days; rotated backups expire within a further 30 days.
Removing the Dispatch app from your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings → Business integrations / Apps and websites) revokes our access on Meta's side at any time, independent of the steps above.

YouTube data

Use Channels → Disconnect for your YouTube channel to remove its credentials and provider data from the live app. If an upload is active, wait for it to finish and retry. You can also email dheeraj.raikwar224@gmail.com to request removal of stored YouTube data; we process those requests within seven days. Revoking access is also available in Google's security settings. These actions do not remove videos from YouTube. Delete those directly in YouTube Studio. Your own files and drafts in Dispatch are separate from data received from YouTube.
