Signing in again does not restart the trial or its allowance.
Your workspace moves to Free automatically, with no automatic charge. Keep your brand kit and up to 10 saved caption and hashtag sets, and publish your own posts, reels or videos to multiple connected channels in one click, with a limit of 2 channels. Future scheduling, trial AI generation, and automatic comment, DM and WhatsApp replies stop. Posts still waiting for their scheduled time are kept as drafts. Upgrade to schedule them, or publish them yourself.
Upload your own creative, write a caption, select your connected channels and choose Publish now. You can send the same creative to multiple supported channels in one action when it meets each platform's format requirements. Platform processing can take time, and each channel's result appears in the queue. Free does not include AI poster generation, future scheduling or automatic replies.
One generated image. Editing the caption, rescheduling it, or publishing the same poster to Instagram and Facebook does not count again — only making a new image does. Standard posters use your project text and monthly plan allowance. Posters using uploaded photos or your saved logo use a separate photo-poster credit.
Both Professional and Business include 60 standard AI posters per calendar month, shared across the workspace. Standard poster generation stops when you reach that allowance until the next month in your workspace's timezone. Nothing that is already scheduled is affected, and nothing is deleted. Business adds channel and workspace capacity; it does not add more image generations. Photo-poster credits are separate from this monthly allowance and do not reset each month.
Scheduling and automatic replies run when nobody is watching, on real business accounts. That is the part worth paying for, and the part we have to be able to support properly.
No. Media attached to a published post is removed from storage after a set period — the Published page inside the app shows the exact date for every file, and lets you download or keep anything you want to hold on to.

Existing Starter, Growth and Studio customers keep their current prices and allowances until they agree to change plans. If you already have more channels than a new plan allows, they remain connected; adding or restoring a disconnected channel requires a free slot.
